I’ve been going to Namaste for a long time now and they are such a professional, clean, and welcoming studio. Hot Yoga is difficult, but the instructors are always encouraging and non judgmental. They will never push you beyond what you are comfortable with, but will help you to express the poses the best you can. Everyone is kind and the feeling in the room is never about ego. I just read some awful reviews of other yoga studios on the island and I felt like I had to write one here, because I want everyone to know that there is a wonderful community of people to practice with at Namaste. I appreciate how the clean the studio is, since hot yoga is obviously pretty sweaty. Don’t fear if you are new to hot yoga. They will help you. Just make sure you are adequately hydrated and don’t eat for a few hours before class. You can borrow a mat or bring your own. Definitely bring a towel and wear light clothes. Bring water too! It will be an amazing experience :)
