I’ve been going to them since around 1991 or 1992. Dr. Grosso has always been wonderful, very pleasant and thorough. However it’s hard to get appts with him, he is so booked because everyone would rather see him than Dr. Youngerman. I just saw him recently & was very disappointed. Was convinced I had a bad, incurable condition and hardly told me to do anything for it. Acted like he was in a hurry, bedside manner not that great. The staff also leave something to be desired. I have to go back in a month, but I’m not doing so. I’d rather get a second opinion from a doctor at another practice.

Terrible service. They are tough to get on the phone. I arrived a half hour early and still waited another half hour after my appointment time to see the doctor. Not a pleasant place.

The staff at this facility is by far the rudest, most mean spirited and totally lacking in compassion group of individuals. The throat procedure I had did not go well and I had to return for medication to help me cope with the excruciating pain I was experiencing. I’m not sure if the physician messed up but one would expect from the staff a modicum of sensitivity to a very hurting patient. Stay away from this facility! Shame on this group of uncaring «professionals»
