I love ice cream. I love Carvel. I love that this Carvel came back and reopened right next door to Old Country Creamery and put their sorry butts out of business, but…
The parking situation stinks when it’s busy. The workers are young and not particularly enthusiastic. One time I found hair in my ice cream. This place needs an adult manager on staff.

Ice Cream was great didn’t melt too fast added some Oreos to it
loved it. Employees was great just need to put a smile on their face and it will make their day more cheerful. Overall was delicious and was a in and out process that made up for the mess that was in the store, just hope to see the employees happy or at least a smile It can change a customers bad day for the best.

This Carvel would get 5 stars if it wasn’t for their sad looking workers. They never have a smile on their faces or act as if they are happy to help you. The ice cream here is the best around. Its thick and keeps its consistency unlike other surrounding carvel’s that melt right away. If they cleared things up with their unhappy employees they would get a 5 star review.

Took my kids here as we had a BOGO coupon for sundaes. The staff gave more ice cream than the syosset location, and were great with the kids (gave them a sample too). was very clean interior and the kids that worked there actually had smiles on their face (compared to those who work at other locations). was a great experience and we’ll be going to that carvels in the future.

This is the best of all Carvels. The staff are always friendly and they are heavy handed with the topping. Sometimes they give you more toppings on the side without charging which is why I’ll come here over Ralph’s any day. Yum!
