Pizza Hut

We pick up online orders here sometimes and have never had any issues. Our pizzas are always right and the staff has always been quick and helpful.

Excellent Thin n Crispy pizza; servers are awesome and dessert menu is great. Salad bar is weak! Needs more stuff besides lettuce.

Only one star because you have to put something. I didn’t order, because they couldn’t even understand plain instructions on my order.

From the moment we parked we noticed the building does not seem inviting. When we walked in the 4 employees were standing behind the counter and argued over who would take the next customer. When the server came up to the host stand she didn’t greet us but coldly asked «three»?
Floors and Dirty tables. 6 TVs in the dining room but they were all off. Condiments on every table had partial or empty containers when we asked to get our parmesan cheese refilled she just switched it with one from another table and acted annoyed that we asked. Pizza is pizza and you can get it anywhere. Don’t visit this restaurant.

This Pizza Hut has went way down hill over the last 5 years. They don’t make the pizzas like they use too. The dough is horrible and I feel like it cuts my mouth up. Also they spread the dough to thin that it can’t be called hand tossed or stuffed crust. I have had times I’ve order and it has gotten to my house and its all wrong. Even pizza had a pizza that had to be held on its sit because is was squished together. I called and they said they didn’t have what I ordered to they substituted it, without even asking if that was fine. Also when substituting they still used the same price for the original item which cost twice as much as what was substituted. And over the last 5 years I’ve gotten the worse service. Employees were to involved with each other to even want to take my order or wanted to very rude on the phone. I’ve also talked to employees that tried to act like the manager so they would get in trouble. Or have managers that acted like they have never worked a day in their life had don’t know how to solve any problem with the situation. Over all I don’t recommend this specific Pizza Hut. If you want it call or go to a different Pizza Hut.

Service and staff are cold and very unfriendly. 2 stars for the pizza. #FAIL for the staff. If I pull up to your pick-​up window… Acknowledge me! Don’t look at me & ignore my presence and make me wait 10 minutes before coming to the window.
