After the second visit in 90days I had to call R&R septic (awesome company (815) 436‑4110) to the resolve reoccurring issue. I paid Mr Perry Brown 500 for 2 visits totaling 2hrs, after the second visit didn’t resolve the problem he never returned my call after 4+ messages. R&R septic (awesome company (815) 436‑4110) came out for 3hrs and cleaned the main line from the start to the street for under 200. They also informed of local grant available to further help the maintenance of my house. Please don’t make the same $$$$ mistake call the professionals to get it done right!!! I am not a sales or spokes person… Just a customer that made a mistake twice for $ 500

I have needed Perry’s help when my sump pumps have gone out & my basement flooded to needing a new hot water heater. Him & his sons are friendly, knowledgable, do a great job, and are very fairly priced. The products they recommend and use have been very high quality and reliable. This is the only place I call when need something!
