Don’t book here. Not only did I have to change to three different rooms because something was not working in each of them but when I came Back from dinner my key didn’t work. So to throw icing on the cake the assistant manager says you can check out if you like at one in the morning! Place is a joke, I’ve never been to a more disappointing hotel. Good service is hard to come by these days and won’t be staying here again.

The heating & air conditioning unit in the bedroom of our suite was incredibly noisy and prevented us from getting a good nights sleep. There was mold on the ceiling above the bathtub and paint peeling from the bathroom ceiling. When I informed the desk staff the next day, I was informed that they could not move us because they were full as well as they had no staff to look at the problem either. They expressed they were sorry for our inconvenience but did not offer any compensation for the problem. I will not stay here again!!!

One of my favorite hotels when I’m traveling for business. Or even if I was traveling for pleasure. The hotel staff is very friendly. If I ever had an issue and I was staying here the staff was always friendly and accommodating. Close to the Airport and Avon area. Also the mall Metropolis.

This place was not so bad but I don’t really see how it is apparently a 3 star hotel. I did not originally book here but the hotel I was supposed to stay at overbooked and they had to find me something else. The remote for the TV seemed to not work most of the time, possibly needed new batteries. The Internet was incredibly slow and frustrating. It was nice having a full fridge and microwave because it helps save a bit of money with bringing food and having the ability to heat it up. I was in town for a race and I was disappointed that I got stuck somewhere further away than where I wanted to be, however it is right off of 70 so it wasn’t a terrible drive. Place seemed clean enough. I did not find any bugs or ants like previous reviewers had however I did end up with some bug bites but I am unsure if that was hotel related or because I was outside at nights. I have not noticed anything since being home, so it doesn’t appear as if anything followed me home. My room was directly across a back entrance which worked out really well for me, quick access to my room which made unloading and loading up my car easy. Plus I don’t really like to walk past the front desk every time i go in a hotel. I probably would not stay here again because I like to be closer to the speedway and downtown. I would recommend to a person, but don’t expect much for wifi. Kitchen is the best quality of the room.

We stayed here several years ago, so when we went to Indy for Popcon, we booked a night here. Room was dirty. Went to use dishes provided in cabinet and one was broken with a large hunk of glass out of it and what looked like possibly cigarette ashes in it. Cut my finger on it. Asked for an extra pillow and after waiting over an hour, gave up. Didn’t eat breakfast because it looked less than appetizing. Stained carpet/furniture. We found a few tiny ants in our room the 1st night but didn’t think much of it. The next morning we realized there were many of them and a ton right outside our room door.

It’s a standard airport hotel. Wish it had an overhang at the entrance as it makes unloading in the rain challenging. Hallways are long and thin… older hotel? Rooms are clean but well worn. Our suite the couch on the living room side looked like my fraternity’s couch. Beat. BEAT. One of the remotes had dead batteries. Pool area was in sad shape, floor had been painted poorly and slopped paint everywhere. Very chloriney smelling… almost too much. Pool towels were pretty small and cheap. Breakfast was decent enough. Why three stars? Clean, safe. But had trouble located the front desk clerk when we arrived… as did all the people that arrived after us.

My bathroom was dirty. Old bar of soap from previous guest, Tub was too gross to talk about. When I checked out they never even asked me how everything was.

Solid choice for the airport area. We like the extra space that the«suite» concept provided our family of 4. Our room was a queen studio suite, which had a hide a bed sofa. There is also a mini-kitchen, which was nice for storing the snacks and drinks we had brought with us for our weekend getaway. We didn’t cook anything, but having the option was nice. The location is right off I-70, one exit down from the airport, so pretty quick. And took us about 20 minutes to downtown to the zoo and Children’s Museum. Also, the Metropolis shopping mall and restaurants are a quick 10 minutes Highs: Our room was clean, well kept, and in good condition. There were plenty of tables in breakfast area, and we had no trouble filling up in the morning. The items were a bit«pre-fab» if you will, but they did the trick. The food was kept fresh as long as we were there(8:00 on a Saturday morning.) The towels were clean and fluffy– A soft towel is often the sign of a good hotel to me. There was a personal note waiting on the table for us which was a nice touch… but I have to wonder, if they knew what room they were assigning my family of 4 to, why were there only 3 sets of bath towels and washcloths? I’d have been really impressed(and probably added a star) if there would have been 4 and saved me a call to housekeeping. Lows: The walls were a bit thin– heard lots of hallway conversations as there was a volleyball team making an early start on Saturday morning. I heard a lot of Hey Coach at 6:00. Our room was right at an exit, so that noise may have been a bit location dependent, but it was not the wakeup I was looking for on Saturday morning. The boys loved the pool, but«heated pool» was debatable– the heated part anyway. We swam for a bit and then moved to the hot tub– which was a much more pleasant experience. Overall, I’d stay here again, my kids liked it, and we had a good weekend. So pretty nice spot to stay if you’re in the area.

Good location, close to the airport with a few food choices close by. The room was nice and staff was friendly. The food both breakfast and dinner were less than average but the free alcohol in the evening is nice. I was here just passing through town on a family trip but would recommend for business travel too. Hotel is about 10 years old but doesn’t show wear and tear that you’d expect.
