I couldn’t give this review «0 stars» but that’s what I would’ve liked. I walked in and asked if they would accept walk-​ins, they said they would get to me in 20 minutes. I told them I was going to get my car washed and would be right back. I drove a block, had my car washed and drove straight back. I walked in, sat down, and waited for an hour. Finally, the guy who was supposed to cut my hair walked over and said his next appointment was there so another person would take me. She finished up with her client… talked on the phone, sent a couple of texts, arranged her station, got back on her phone and I walked out. Worst customer service ever.
The owner ate a sandwich, took a call on her Bluetooth, and then without washing her hands, took her client back to cut her hair. I was a little grossed out. I thought I’d give this place a try… never again.

Of course I would give this place no stars if I could. Worst haircut I’ve EVER had! Went in just wanting the ends cut and a few long layers. When I left, my hair was styled cute with some curls, so I wasn’t able to see what the actual haircut looked like until I straightened it. I was HORRIFIED and couldn’t believe it. My «layers» were short and choppy and uneven all over the place. Only on top of my head. Around my face the «layers Just hang there and the bottom is still my original cut (from where I usually get my hair done) wispy and long with dead ends. She literally did not take off ANY length what so ever, besides the chopped up blunt layers on top. My ends are still dead and grown out like what I had come in with. I look like someone took a weed-​eater (literally) and jacked up my hair. I now have a semi mullet because so much hair was taken out and «thinned» to reduce my «bulk». the top looks heavy with these so called layers and the bottom is super thin and wispy. So basically all that was done was to take out all my hair and chop off the top super uneven. The only plus is that the girl that did my hair was very friendly. Now I’m out $ 25 plus tip and have an appointment with my original stylist where the haircuts are $ 45 without tip. You get what you pay for!
