These guys obviously care about customer service. Jrae was the pointman for me to fix my suv– he was professional and courteous. There were some noises on my car after they replaced a belt and it turned out that they needed to tweak some other things(I wasn’t the nicest person thinking I would get treated like I do at most car shops) After my 2nd visit, everything was remedied. The fact that I had to take it back a few times didn’t bother me at all because everyone I spoke with was very professional. Highly recommend this place because they will take care of you.

I love firestone. They are always really nice and the store is always clean. When I need repairs they explain everything to me in laymen terms so I understand what needs to be done. They are just really great with their customer service skills and my car is from 2002 so they keep it running for me.

The team seemed friendly as the owner was on hand. I’m not sure il there’s any benefit to making an appointment. I arrived in time, they pulled my car into the service area and the process stopped there. Two and a half hours to mount and balance a set of tires on a Mini Cooper S seems excessive given I scheduled online and ordered the tires in advance.

I hate to play the«gender card» but I don’t have a choice. This place is just down the street from me, & I also have a credit line there so that’s really the only reason I’ve taken my vehicle to get fixed. & I definitely spent a lot of money over the past couple of years there. Although I’ve had a couple of good experiences there w/service, unfortunately the bad experiences have outweighed the good ones. The past 2 times I tried to get my vehicle fixed, they act like they’re doing ME a favor. They’re so rude & just unprofessional — & I believe he’s the manager there too. His name is Randy if I’m not mistaken. Each of the last 2 times he gave me attitude & I had to go elsewhere to get a simple oil change. But if I’m experiencing more ‘serious’ issues, they’re quick to make room for me b/c they know I’ll be spending a lot of money to get it fixed. Mechanics don’t always have a great reputation & this guy does not help that stereotype. As a woman, I don’t feel comfortable w/the way I’m treated & I will definitely think about going somewhere else even if it means paying more money. After the way I was shunned away yesterday, I refuse to give this place any more of my business.
