Great job on my window tinting for my Chevy Cruz. .awesome people that run the business!

I had been having some from end noises on my impala. So I came in one day to have them check it out. They diagnosed the problem. The price to have it fixed wasn’t much at all. They fixed it and haven’t had any issues. I would recommend this business for any automotive repair or automotive accessories.

I can only give eXtreme Auto Sales and Window Tint 1 star cause the lowest Unilocal allows.
This is a fly by night operation. I had clear film put on my car and the job was shoddy at best. None of the film met the seams as it should and there were bubbles and film on top of film. I was told by the owner Chris Utsler he would take care of it and make things right. Well I went back and the film was removed and eventually put back on by the owner and he did no better, telling me he would redo it, that he needed to pull and stretch the film to fit. When we tried to get back in to get it done right he tells me I’m never available and I don’t leave the car with him long enough. I have spent 3 different dYs at this shop what will be a year in 3 months trying to get this rectified to which he now says he’ll refund me my money cause «it’s not worth the hassle and I can take my car somewhere else and maybe I’ll give the enough time to do it right.» He follows up with «I should have charged you what I should have instead of giving me a break cause it’s always those you give breaks to are the hardest to please»
I asked him back in October of 2013 if he did clear bras and he told me yes and when asked what he charged it was he who gave me the quote of $ 250.
I didn’t ask for a break and I don’t expect to beat treated like crap!
Chris Utsler’s last words were I’ll send you your money and I have all txt messages since all this went down. I’m now prepared to use BBB on his lack of work as well as legal litigation to seek my refund now that he’s passed the 7 working day deadline. I guess refunds are jus as hard as applying invisible bras as well.

Dropped my VW off to have the drivers side front window tint replaced since it came off 4 months after they installed it. I made an appointment a week earlier for 10am on Saturday. My wife was told it would be done early afternoon. Called at 3 was told it would be ready by 5. They close at 5. Called at 445 now I’m told it won’t be ready until 6. Showed up right at 6. Told they were still working on it. Got my car at 6:15 finally. Here’s some notes: appointment at 10 for REWORK didn’t get my car till 6:15.
Get the car driving home and I’m noticing that I’m not the one that smells like smoke (since the waiting room did) it’s my car. MY 2012 VW CC THAT IVE NEVER SMOKED IN SMELLS LIKE CIGARETTE SMOKE!!! I’ll be calling Monday to complain but even if they offer anything I won’t take it cause this place is the MOST unprofessional and unorganized place I’ve ever been.
End rant.
Moral of the story, don’t take your car here.
