Evan Michaels Nails & Spa

I went to Evan Michaels recently for the first time for a no-​chip manicure. Jessica did a great job with my nails. I would definitely go back. More than a week later and my nails still look great. I’ve been to high-​priced salons in the past and paid much more for no-​chip manicures that didn’t even make it a few days.

Just had another wonderful hair cut! So accommodating and professional. It’s like having a family hair cutting outing. If I was a woman or Bruce J I would be here every day!

Everyone was super nice and very accommodating. I had a no chip manicure and a regular pedicure. I was not impressed with either one. The salon is very clean and nicely decorated which is a huge plus. But the pedicure was short and polish was sloppy. Not happy with my no chip-​messy around my cuticles and short as well. I will not return. I also want to add that my daughter’s «no chip» manicure chipped the day it was done and my «no chip» chipped two days later. I have never had that happen with a no chip manicure at any other salon. Very disappointing for the amount of money we paid for these services.

Love their pedicures! I have been here twice now & have had 2 great experiences. The place is beautifully decorated, the staff is friendly & the prices are very reasonable! Definitely going back.

Meh. I had my nails done here because it was practically within walking distance. I went more than once, but they were too busy the other times to fit me in. I finally made an appointment just to be sure I could get a fill of my pink and white nails. I was not impressed. The tips looked crooked on a few, and the white part was thick and lumpy under some of my nails. I was told there are only 2 employees who do pink and white nails, so maybe they are better for other services. I did think the décor was super cute, which was nice. I didn’t care for the service I got, but I might try a pedi next time just because the location is so convenient.

Today want to Evan Michaels and had a gel set taken off my nails.(different salon put a band new full gel set on. My hands were so dry and the skin was peeling off the tops of my hand from the way they did the job. Would if went back to the un-​named salon to have them look at it, but I was told never to come back and was basically banned. because I wanted to try a different salon for, a pedicure.)
Stephanie M. Drilled off my set, and we only soaked for about 10 mins total going back and forth between hands. I didn’t want to dry my hands out further, but this process was easy.
One of the owners (olivia) came by and said to do a sugar scrub to help get the rest of the skin to finish peeling, and a strong moisturizer to help.
Andrea R. Gave me a yummy espresso sugar scrub, I washed it over hands, and it helped instantly. Then Andrea did a manicure to fix the nail beds and skin surrounding what was once my nails.
My nails currently have deep grooves where the other salon Has/​Had been filling my nails. They currently look like rings of a tree with the out growth every time I got a fill. I had no idea what they looked like and am so glad Evan Michaels fixed my hands and nails up.
I am so tickled pink…

I have been here multiple times since they opened. Had services by Coleen, Olivia, Amanda Andrea and Stephanie. All the girls are very knowledgable and friendly. Would recommend this salon to everyone.

Stephanie (with red hair, there are two) cut my hair and did my pedicure today and did a great job. I like to keep it simple but have had a very hard time finding someone in the area, since we moved her last summer. I don’t feel like I ask too much but I like what I like and I don’t want to pay a fortune for it. I think I FINALLY found the perfect fit. Yay!
I was really impressed with how clean the spa was. While getting my pedicure I had a view of their waxing/​facial room, also very clean. Cleanliness is very important to me and they definitely exceeded my expectations, for a surprisingly busy Monday afternoon.
A few things to note:
If you have a little one that enjoys a pedicure, you’ll be happy to know they have kids spa pedicure chairs.
Free wifi.
They will offer you something to drink, Keurig coffee water — very nice plus.
Relaxing and pretty atmosphere.
