We have had Eagle Air out 3 times, through our home warranty company, to work on an old furnace. They have done a great job. This last time we knew something bad had happened to the furnace because we were getting a foul smell in the house. We shut the unit down and called the company we have dealt with for years and they sent over someone who forgot the carbon monoxide detector. We called the warranty company and they sent Eagle over quickly… with a CO detector. We needed a new furnace and were advised to not use the existing furnace because of carbon monoxide issues. We have had issues with the other company we had been using and we are now using Eagle Air for everything, not just home warranty issues. Today we scheduled an appointment to have our AprilAir humidifier looked at which is not a home warranty item. We are happy to use them instead of the other company we had used. We are pleased with their customer service as well as the work they do.

I agree with TJ from Shorewood. Same thing happened to us. We waited for 2 days, the guy came out and replaced two wires, telling me I would be good to go. That lasted a few hours, I called to get someone back out the same day, they told me no was in my area I would have to wait. I am furious with them and they told me I can’t even have anyone out the next day. The right thing would have to send someone back out. THATISGREATCUSTOMERSERVICE… but too bad this company has NO idea what that is. I will submit another review if they make it right.

absolute joke. they wouldn’t send out a person to give me an estimate… the receptionist told me a new furnace is 2 – 5 thousand… that was the quote… and do I want them to come out and do the work. I wouldn’t use this company if they offered to do the work for free.

If Unilocal allowed it I would give this company negative star ratings. As the previous reviewer said, beware, beware, beware of Eagle Air!!! Unfortunately the AC in our new home started leaking water. We contacted our warranty company who sent out this company. We waited four days for the initial service call. Mind you 4 days of temps in the high 80s! The technician, Anthony, diagnosed the problem as a rusted pan. Unfortunately the pan and the evaporator coil are one unit. So we were advised that we would need a new evaporator coil. That would be charged to the warranty company but we would still be responsible for $ 160+ that wasn’t covered. We were advised the part would be in sometime the following week.(At this point we didn’t know that Anthony had failed to look for clogged pipes in all of the common areas.) I called the Eagle Air office the next day and requested that the part be sent over-night due to the exceptionally high temperatures, but the woman answering the phones(Angie) was unable to understand what I wanted or unwilling to make it happen. I also asked about scheduling the appointment in advance so that as soon as the part arrived they would be able to come put it in. I was advised that no appointments could be made until the part was in. So, we waited and waited and I got more and more frustrated with this company during my daily check in calls. During these calls I caught Angie and Tony, the owner, in at least three lies. I requested that my warranty company send out an alternative AC contractor but they refused. So, I took matters into my own hands and contacted Jim at C&J(see the glowing review) to come out tp confirm that there was nothing else wrong with my system. In doing so, he looked at the AC and diagnosed the problem as a clogged pipe and had my system up and running within 15 minutes for $ 50!!! I was without AC for 10 days and had to deal with these hacks numerous times because their technician failed to look for clogs and went with the more expensive fix in an effort to bilk my warranty company. In fact, my warranty company agreed to refund me the money and took Eagle AC off of our contractor list after speaking to the wonderful Jim at C&J.

BEWARE!!! BEWARE!!! BEWARE!!! Whatever you do, DONOT contact this company!!! I have never seen more incompetent people, bad management and horrible customer service like Eagel Air!!! Our AC unit stopped working in 90 degree weather, our home warranty company sent these morons to fix the problem… Boy o Boy was that the beginning of our nightmare!!! Same as the previous review, the Eagle Air guy told me we needed to replace some part, that he thankfully had in his van… after calling his office, probably spoke to the king of morons Tony«the manager», he came back to say he needed to order the part. Ok i said how long? tomorrow morning the Eagle Air moron said… ok one more night in 90 degree weather wont kill us, dont really have any other choice… well the next day goes by, no call from Eagle AIr, we call to be told«not today, no parts came in today» said the idiot secretary«tomorrow morning»…well since they took our motor blades with them, I couldnt call any other company… ok i guess tomorrow morning it is… I think you all know how this is going to end… after talking to the most imcompetent moron of all Tony the manager, who is probably the owner, who knows but he never apologized or even was concerned that our 24hr wait for parts turned into 72hrs, with half our unit held hostage by Eagle Air and its now days without AC in 90 degree weather… Tony proceeded to shshsh me on the phone because he didnt want to answer one simple question… why did tomorow morning turn into 72 hours??? They were probably waiting on generic parts, who knows but I have dealt with many companies in the past and if its going to take 72 hours dammit then just tell me… The worst thing is that I never ever got a call from Eagle Air to tell me that I wasnt going to get my AC fixed… I took 3 days off of work waiting for them! They never aplogized, acknowledge their mistake, they even cashed my check before my AC was ever fixed. BEWAREBEWAREBEWAREOFEAGLEAIRANDTONYTHEMORON!!! i wish i can give less than one star because one star is tooooo much for this company!!! BEWAREBEWAREBEWAREOFEAGLEAIR!!!
