Dunkin’ Donuts

Used to stop in 3 to 4 times a week. There is a high turn over rate for employees and recently they must have all new people. Service has slowed down so much that often I have to drive away after taking a look at the 8 cars in the drive thru. I hope they can speed things up soon.

I have lived in Plainfield long before this restaurant was built. I was excited that there would be a doughnut and coffee place so close to my house. However since this place was built, EVERY SINGLE TIME that I have gone through the drive through and ordered something, and even had my order repeated back to me, they have handed me the wrong meal at the window WITHOUT FAIL, EVERY TIME. It is always something, no matter how many years that I’ve gone there, and how many different people who have served me there, no matter how many times I have spoken to managers about my frustrations with the crappy service, I still experience the same problems there every time. Things have not changed, even though I’ve made numerous complaints about having to circle around the building and go inside to complain about my wrong orders every time I come to this place. It has been like this for years, ever since it opened. I can trust that whenever I go here I will not be able to rely on them getting my order correct and will have to double check everything. It is quite ridiculous that I must resort to this as a customer. I understand that mistakes are made once in a while, but there is absolutely no excuse for it happening every single time. These constant communication issues that have spanned out over the years, and with several different servers, means that there is a problem with management at this particular location.

Fairly new Dunkin Donuts right on 267. Pretty standard outlet so you know the donuts and coffee are fresh. And I do love the coffee here. Superior to Starbucks in every way.

Actually a nice addition to plainfield franchise lineup. Friendly staff and tasty food. The hash rounds are really good and seasoned well. I’m going to work this stop into my breakfast rotation!
