I received a message from Tim, the store manager, asking me to contact him. I did and we talked about what happened. He was very sympathetic and even mentioned he could mail me a new part, since I’ve moved out of state. He asked me to email him the pictures of the broken part, and I did. I waited 2 weeks before emailing him again asking if he had received the first email and if there were any updates on my issue. His answer was: «I do see the damage and acknowledge what has happened their [sic]. The unfortunate part is you moved out of state leaving me no ability to invite you back in to have it looked at and repaired. I understand your frustration and hope you know that if you were here in CT I would have repaired it at no charge to you.» Just awesome…

I purchased a car 2 montha ago from Central Auto agreed to have the first 2 months paymnets made by them. I have been calling and asking why this haf not been done my sales person told me the bank would not allow it and they sold me the car for less money instead. I told them I did not agree to that and I want my money. A sales manager called me back and said he would take care of it still not done. Very dishonest people. This is on top of an insulting offer for my Lincoln. I would say stay away.
