This place is bad. Low staff. Ombudsman called numerous times. Found my father lying with his head downward, his bed was saturated with urine and it had created a large puddle under the bed. We found out he had been laying there for 16 hours! They treat the patients with no respect. It’s hard enough to get older and then get sicker, but to be treated like you are disposable and don’t matter is despicable. The directors don’t care either. They are like politicians, tell you what you want to hear and then lie to protect themselves. They should be ashamed of themselves. Hell has a special hell just for the owners and directors and all the people working there that don’t give a damn.
