I discovered a water leak in my son’s front yard. I spotted an EID employee in the neighborhood and asked him to look at it. He didn’t hesitate to help. After a cursory look we agreed that I would call if the problem persisted. It did, and when I called the woman I spoke with even offered an emergency visit, if necessary. I said no and she scheduled it for the next day. A technician came out promptly in the morning, located the problem and gave me a replacement part(the leak was on our side). They couldn’t have been more helpful and accommodating.

Doug and Joe are by far one of the best in the business. I attended the EID training as a home owner several months back and finally got around to moving forward with completing my back yard. I first got in contact with Doug and he was more than wiling to answer all my questions and give me advice on how to proceed. When it was time to call in the inspection, Joe came out and contacted me with questions which led to passing the inspection. Joe didn’t have to do so and could have just failed the inspection until I called in another. The customer service these two offer is top notch.

As an owner with a new tenant, there are things I didn’t remember how to do. Like pay an old balance before I could add a new tenant. Ann was great and because I didn’t realize that the bill had to be cleared up by a certain date, they offered me a one-time waiving of the disconnect fee. Now that is nice.
