Great service! Our home desktop died one day, leaving us worried sick at the thought of losing our wedding pictures and all our personal files. We took it in, and — to our delight — Mason and his dad Myles were able to recover everything. Once we got passed this scary part, we started talking about buying a new computer or having one built. We opted for the latter, and couldn’t be happier. Myles did a great job at asking us the right questions about our needs, how we use the computer, what we use most, etc. We ended up with a brand new desktop customized exactly for us, which works way better than anything we’ve had before (and, we’ve gone through quite a few laptops and desktop computers in our lives). When Mason came to our place to get it all installed (free of charge!), he was telling us how «jealous» he was with what his dad had built for us, as it was way better than what Mason had, hehe. We have been using the computer for a few weeks now, and are so impressed with its speed and performance. We’ll be back soon (we have a slow laptop that could use some sprucing up). So glad we’ve found them! We’re already part of the «fan club»! Great customer service, extremely reasonable prices, and you can tell these guys know their stuff — so — GREAT SERVICE! Absolutely recommend them to everyone!

Computer drops dead and our heart sank
Admittedly, early yesterday morning we went to another business who was closer, but after waiting 20 minutes past their opening hour and never receiving a call back after leaving a message at their office and emergency phones, we called Mason.
He saved the day within less than 24 hours and for a price that did not make us drop dead.

I brought my sad dying computer in to Mason, before I threw it in the trash. He was able to revive it, clean it of malware, repair internal parts (instead of buying new), install new antivirus (at a discount!!!) and all in a very short amount of time. Couldn’t be happier with his knowledge and expertise. He wasn’t just someone who trained to work on computers, it’s definitely his passion and apparently he built his first computer at age 10. I’ll never go anywhere else.

We’re very happy that we found A1 Computer. Their service is fast and reliable, and they have been our exclusive computer service company for a couple of years, since Level 10, another fine computer service we used for years, became unavailable. We’ve had computer emergencies requiring immediate help, and Mason has rescheduled his day to come to our home and diagnose and repair the problem in time to meet deadlines.
Not long ago we purchased a refurbished computer from A1 and saved money. The computer works great. We signed up for A1’s monitoring service which monitors our computers ²⁴⁄₇ and provides system updates, unlimited remote support and a lot of other benefits. This service is especially helpful with computer issues beyond our technical abilities.
A1 Computer has eliminated concerns that something will go wrong with our computers and we’ll have to deal with a stranger in our home or take the computer to a store where there is concern about access to personal information, not to mention ability to fix the problem correctly. We recommend A1 Computer for their technical expertise and friendly service.

Really appreciated the free diagnosis and fast, friendly service. Brought it in late one afternoon and got a call right away, with several alternatives. My laptop was ready for pickup the next morning! Not only fixed the start-​up issues, but told me how to avoid it in the future, installed a good security program, cleaned up the whole system, and gave me a «cheat sheet» for Windows 8 shortcuts. Mason and his Father worked wonders for us. We had over 2,000 + viruses and malware from the kids downloading games and now the computer works just like when we first purchased it! I thought we might have needed to buy a new computer but now we don’t. Thanks A1 Computer repair.

These guy’s are awesome I took my computer and my brothers and my dads computer to them and they fixed it and didn’t charge me millions of dollars we were having trouble with my mom’s laptop and we live in over five hundred miles away from them so I sent it to them and fixed it right up for me thank you Mason and myels Olson u guy’s rock we haven’t had anymore problems with it
