Disaster Kleenup Better Restorations

We had some water damage to our teak floors, this company felt that they could dry the floor and possibly stop the floor from twisting and cupping. I allowed them in the home for a week to perform their process, the floors are 7/​8″ thick and probably difficult to fix but lets give it a shot, they came highly recommended and the owner seemed sincere.
A week later we returned to find the floors no better, only worse, when the positioned their drying equipment on blankets they put more dimples on the floor damaging it more and a hose from their equipment popped off and damaged a custom Glass counter top that was made by an artist who has passed away.
To say the least we had the owner of better floors come to the home to suggest a fix and it turned to be a screaming situation found some people to do the repairs and tried to pass this to them and he being the owner just didn’t have time as he was on vacation, we spoke prior to his vacation and he wanted a call? Better floors brought a window glass guy, who has no knowledge of counter tops to the home.
I would NEVER EVER use or recommend this company, if you do get it in writing and be named as an additional insured on their policy. BEWARE

What a pleasant experience dealing with this company after we had some water damage. Prices were great and the job was completed in a expedient manner!

Better Floors has been a great company to work with over the past few years. Their project manger Chris Konzelman is very professional and keeps in close communication with the homeowner to ensure they know what is happening during every step of the process.

Unprofessional company, do not use. AAA is ending their relationship with Better Floors, enough said. This company completed half the job to my bathroom, when the mold inspection was completed and came time for repairs, the estimator Seth then says, since our relationship with AAA is ending soon, it would be Better for you to find another contractor to complete the work Better Floors started. I guess I Better do that, because there has to be a Better company to work with than Better Floors.
