Delicious! Had the truffle tater tots and a roll w risotto and veg. A perfect bite at the farmer’s market. Hope these guys can keep busy and successful; I’ll be a faithful follower.

Found these guys when they rolled into Kinderhook for a food truck confab. Don’t know who had the bright idea to stuff rich, gooey mac and cheese into a crispy, flaky egg roll, but it’s sheer genius. My favorite comfort food in an edible to-​go container? Yes, please! Had to order a second one, then chase it with an equally unexpected dessert (Nutella, peanut butter & banana inside the aforementioned egg roll). Tasty, original and fun, but no special orders allowed because, I was told, «everything is pre-​rolled.»

Cool food truck in Pittsfield. Winner, Winner Chicken Dinner was awesome. The Mac n Cheesus & Pesto Chango need a little something added — kind of bland. I’ll be going back for sure & I would give a 3.5 if possible but Unilocal doesn’t roll like that. Pun intended.
