I recently purchased my new iPhone 6 plus at this Shadyside T-Mobile store. The store was well stocked with a variety of choices(everything I needed was available and in stock) the pricing and in store deals were great. The bottom line for me always comes down to service and this store delivers superior service. They offer on the spot trade ins from any carrier and they give you fair pricing on your trade in. They explain the service and fees throughly BEFORE you leave the store. Each employee that I encountered was friendly and upbeat. So if you want to see great service and friendly faces, I encourage you to visit this store. Thank you Thaddeus for your patience and excellent customer service! I couldn’t be happier!

I have been a T-Mobile customer for 8 months. I just purchased a new I-Phone 5 from the Shadyside location. Had a 100% great experience with Jen H. Super quick service, transferred all of my contacts, photos ect into my new phone. The store is clean and organized. I also got a buy two get one free on accessories. T-Mobile is one of the simplest companies to deal with when it comes to mobile plans. Thanks to Jen and the team at the Shadyside store! JN

To be honest if I could give this location a worse review I would but ill just let the email I sent to the District Manager speak for itself. Mr. Paul I have some concerns about your management at your Shadyside T-Mobile Location. I went in about a week and a half ago to ask you’re sales team if they could possibly mail my rebate in for me. The associate that I spoke with I believe was you’re sales manager Adam CENSORED His demeanor was not at all appropriate. He asked me why couldn’t I just mail it my self. And that whatever fine he could do it. At this point I didn’t even want to deal with his behaviour. I then ended up asking him about cases and even the simplest question just seemed to annoy him. But all that aside my real problem with Adam seemed to be that when I asked him something that had to deal with my phone he said something in regards of it being«retarded». I work with the public and it is completely out of line to use that type of language to describe anything. Say that with your group of friends I don’t care. But in a professional business setting that is by far the most offensive thing he could have possibly said. The worst part about this was that not only were your employees around but customers as well. As a manager he has completely crossed the line and should be reprimanded for his behaviour. I am completely disgusted with him and that T-Mobile location for even allowing him to speak to customers that way. The sad part about this is I’ve been a customer of T-Mobile for several years and this is the first time I’ve ever had a bad thing to say about its representatives. Unfortunately for that location although it may be closer to home residence I will not and refuse to spend my money there. I rather go downtown to your3555th avenue location where employees like Ray Ashley and Chris pride themselves in customer service.
