Found them on Unilocal,and they were the fastest, most straight forward home repair/​maintenance company that I’ve ever used. This is saying a lot, as I’ve been an homeowner for nine years now. I’ve used referrals, Angie’s list, other online reviews, and got really lucky with finding Steel City Garage Doors this time. They are quick, responsive, professional, honest, and efficient.

Steel City Garage was extremely helpful in fixing the issue I had with my garage door. They diagnosed the issue within minutes and in addition to fixing the problem they provided regular maintenance for the door at no additional charge. They were available the same day that I called and worked around my evening schedule. They showed up exactly when they said they would. Extremely professional, I recommend them highly.

Placed a call for service and someone was out within 5 hours. My garage door opened with the remote but would not close using the remote. The technician checked the sensor on the opener and the wiring. When checking the sensors next to the track they found a piece of equipment that was stored in the garage was blocking the sensor and causing the problem. An easy fix and a lesson for me. They also gave me advice on what to use to maintain the track and door hinges to make it easier on the unit. Since it was an easy fix I was only charged the diagnostic fee which I really appreciated.

David and his apprentice (who’s name I regretfully did not get), where very prompt and efficient with their service. I was told they would arrive between 6and 8. They arrived at 645. I showed them the issue with my garage and David was able to explain what the issue was and take me through the process of what needed to be done. Both gentleman were very helpful and informative. I highly reccomend their services if you are in need.
