Great customer service. Great same coffee. Love to go here after work to get my Frappuccino :)

rude rude and RUDE. I asked to use my birthday reward and I get a «naw you can’t happy birthday-​NEXT». and mind you, this was after the blank stare I got when normal people ask «how can I help you?». I love Starbucks. I’m a gold card member and I am a loyal customer. this will not deter me from returning, but this staff needs a complete makeover. it is very unprofessional and confusing. my friend didn’t get asked her name and then had a mishap where she ended up gettingn the wrong drink because they slapped multiple drinks down at once, not explaining what is what. also, everything made at this one is half-​ass. Starbucks 9.8 times out of 10 is nothing short of amazing, but this location needs some serious TLC.

This is for the ladies pumping out coffees, lattes, americanos, chais, and those weird coffees that you put in a cone and run hot water through while a line stretches out of the shop and down the stairs because some hipster thinks its OK to waste everyone’s time as they try to get to class (1 star for that guy).
