Slow and rude customer service. I went in to buy a pack of DVD-R’s. Two gentlemen were busy helping customers out, a third was counting money. When I asked where to find the DVD-R’s, he practically shushed me, then pointed to where the items were located without looking up. He continued counting the cash register money, telling me to «hold on a minute» and then disappeared into the back of the store.
I probably waited another full 5 minutes before he came back out. No apology for making me wait, just took my purchase and that was it. I’m seriously incensed by this type of service. First off, he should’ve just put the darn money down and taken the 30 seconds to ring me up. And if not, I’m not unreasonable, a show of contrition would’ve sufficed — «Hey I’m so sorry, I really had to make sure that task was done first». I’ve worked in retail; I get it.
The two stars in this review are for the store itself. It looks pretty well-​stocked with electronics supplies and parts. And the price of the DVD-R’s was very reasonable. But I almost would rather drive out of my way on a weekend to get some electronics than go here on my way to/​from work.
