Neovision-the Eyesight Center

I got eye exam and had the lenses of my glasses replaced. I had new frames before going there. After the eye exam, I gave the frames to have new lenses. After couple of weeks, I went there to pick up my glasses. When I wore them, I felt they were unbalanced. When I asked the assistant to fix it, I was told that she would not fix it because I had not bought the frames from there. That’s ridiculous. Then do not accept my prescription and replacing the lenses at the first day. Then I took my glasses to another eye center. I was told that the lenses are bigger then the frames and they had to be trimmed and re-​adjusted. The service at this place is terrible. I would rank this place 0 out of 5 but 1 is the lowest. Find somewhere else.

I had a really terrible first experience at Neovision. The eye exam felt rushed and impersonal. I never felt like I was given a thorough eye exam. Both the doctor and his assistant were talking to each other, taking calls on their cell, and just over all acted unprofessional. My first exam and interaction with the office felt odd, rushed, and like no one cared in the office cared about me as a customer. My intuition was right. When I got my new glasses, they were the completely wrong prescription. I couldn’t even read from a book. When I went to return them and get replacement lenses, they made me feel like I was an inconvenience for them. I was unable to get another eye appointment for another month, as the doctor spends his time at his other offices. I didn’t even get an apology. Go elsewhere. There’s plenty of other optometrists in the city.
