Took my car in for an inspection and was told that I needed to have a ton of work done and that — with labor — this was going to cost $ 900 (excluding emissions/inspect.cost) or my car wouldn’t pass inspection. My partner — knowing a little more about cars than myself, thought this sounded funny. We went for a second opinion elsewhere and I’m glad we did. The place we went to concluded that one of the parts that NTB Greentree wanted me to replace was actually in good condition and after further evaluation of the vehicle, determined it would only cost me $ 367 to fix the car — parts AND labor. NTB still got $ 57 out of me for emissions and failed inspection, but they won’t be getting a penny more from me ever again. Clowns.

I came in last minute for an urgent tire repair, and the staff was not only extremely friendly and helpful, they also fit me in at the end of the business day and got my repair done super quick! Thanks!

Made an appointment for an oil change, came in the next day was told there would be a 3 to 4 hour wait, Even after I told the guy behind the counter I made an appointment. They called me,(I gave them my number when I made the appointment) I call them back, was put on hold 2x, finally just hung up. So incompetent I did not even get a chance to rate the actual service.

I like this place. I’ve purchased two sets of tires here so far, and I have had good service and gotten a decent deal each time.
Granted, I know what I want when I go in, but these guys do not try to sell me anything I don’t want. I am quickly able to agree to a deal (they will match other’s prices). They have done good work on my cars and have been professional and polite.

They don’t always do the work they say they’ve done! I took my car there for an oil change and three weeks later the check engine light came on. When I took it to the dealer they said there was very little oil in the car. I had the dealer do an oil change and checked it a month later to make sure there isn’t a leak. There isn’t, the car is fine so I’m convinced NTB never did the oil change.
When I went back to NTB they kindly gave me a refund with no trouble, but offered no explanation or apology. When it comes to cars I have to be able to trust the mechanic and the Greentree Rd NTB has proven to be untrustworthy. I obviously will not return.
