Mt Lebanon Floral Shop

Carmel is seriously the best. I’ve never seen such creativity & workmanship when it comes to floral design. Love this shop!

Flowers were not delivered when they were supposed to be, then the correct delivery date was scratched out and rewritten on the slip, as if we wouldn’t notice. The arrangement was for a new baby and I had picked out specific flowers to be in a bouquet. When they finally decided to make the flowers and send them out a day late the bouquet was filled with greens and overpowering eucalyptus that completely hid all of the flowers. I wanted to send something special as a surprise to my sister during an incredibly stressful time, but it ended up being incredibly frustrating and was not what I asked for.
The point of spending $ 100 on a perishable bouquet of flowers is so the person you send them to can feel all warm and fuzzy, if the flower shop can’t keep their word on delivering when they offer that service, then they just shouldn’t offer it. If the flowers don’t get there on time there isn’t any point to buying them.
I am so frustrated with this service. I really used to like to go to them, but I won’t ever go back. I should have just gone to Giant Eagle.
From the comments on here it seems like they have great service for big events, but walk-​ins are not their priority and they make that no secret.

They stood by their product! The flowers sent to my mom were beautiful but lasted only a few hours before they began to droop and die. the owner of this shop was very apologetic and replaced the arrangement with a fresh one. That’s the way to turn a disappointed customer in to a recommendation. It was Mom’s transition into an assisted living facility, not an easy time and she certainly appreciated the cheery arrangement.

Flowers for my July wedding turned out gorgeous, I’d highly recommend Mt. Lebanon Floral! (my bouquets/​centerpieces were faith roses with cream hydrangea)

I absolutely LOVE everything Carmel and her staff creates! The shop itself is wonderful, as well! Lots of adorable little trinkets, jewelry, candles and garden details to purchase.
Most importantly, though, are the beautiful floral creations that are made inside of this shop. I have never encountered a florist anywhere with as much creativity and skill as those at Mt. Lebanon Floral. I highly recommend them to everyone!

I was actually looking for absolutely beautiful large silk flowers and had searched high and low. What visiting from my home in Austin, my daughter in law suggested I try this shop! What a find!!! Their flowers are top of the line as well as lovely little nice gifts for loved ones…

I used Mt. Lebanon Floral for my wedding. They had the best prices around (trust me, I did my research) and were so helpful with all of the changes I made up to the last minute. The flowers were all beautiful, and exactly as they had promised they would be! I was so happy with the quality of flowers and amazing customer service they provided.
