She’s nice but I asked her if they reuse tools and lied to my face saying they don’t when j watched her reuse them. Cleanliness in a huge deal. And she doesn’t take it seriously

My family and I have been coming here for over 10 years. I’ve been to multiple nail salons, and my nails never look as neat and nice as they do whenever the ladies at majestic do them. I have never been disappointed with their work. The women also give wonderful hand, leg and foot massages during the manicures and pedicures. All of their clippers and utensils are in a Barbicide disinfectant jar. I’m literally looking at this jar as I write this– and have seen this disinfectant jar for all 10 years.

Won’t be going back. My toenails look nice but while I was there a woman seated next to me mentioned toe nail fungus (and the employee didn’t seem fazed) and then then used the same nail clippers she used on me without sanitizing first. Hope I don’t get fungus from there. Won’t be going back.
