I stopped by this Loft a couple weekends ago, planning to shop and make a return. I returned my item but didn’t do much shopping, despite a nice 40% off promotion. Why? Well, the store is currently in a temporary location. It was a very large space with awkwardly placed fitting rooms and feels very cold and empty compared to a typical permanent location. The sales associates were adequately friendly but not very outgoing. If they had been, I may have been tempted to shop around, despite the sterile environment. I look forward to going back to their normal location after the updates are complete.
