I had an appointment to get new tires put on my vehicle. I sat for 2 hours before they even pulled my vehicle into the bay. After another half hour I was told they couldn’t find the wheel lock to take the tires off of my vehicle. I left very upset after wasting an entire night sitting in their waiting area. I just went to get my tires changed at another place and they found the wheel lock in my glove box and said if was there the whole time. I was told the mechanics at Flynn’s checked the glove box but apparently they never did. Will never even think of going back after this experience.
