This place is a joke. There’s a normal person who answers the phone, who speaks perfect English that tells you one thing, and then they send some miserable illegal out who
1) is in an unmarked old van,
2) doesn’t have a uniform or business card
3)can’t understand you, to do the work, and doesn’t honor what the operator has told you. «If you pay me in cash, and I don’t give you a receipt, I can save you 20%», the guy says, in his best English; I sent him away before he could break my garage door more.
