Hiring D and M to install a furnace and tankless hot water heater was a really great consumer experience from start to finish. Response to my request for a bid was almost immediate. Dan Reismeyer knows his stuff and communicated really well with a customer who knows far less about what’s important in a project like this than he does. Scheduling was easy and straightforward. The customer service ethic and communication were without parallel. Our job ended up with some tricky aspects, and the crew stayed for a very long day into the gathering dark. At the end of that very long day, they discovered a defective control panel for the water heater. They apologized like it was their fault and seemed highly sensitive to leaving us without hot water. The issue was resolved as soon as their supplier was open for business the next morning. They cleaned everything up and left the interior and exterior areas affected by the project in perfect shape. Price was terrific, too.
