The practitioners are great — the nurse, Kelly, was really curteous and nice, and the doctor was very knowledgeable and understanding. However, the reason why I would never return is the front reception. One of the ladies seemed to be having a bad day(perhaps a chronic case of grumpiness) and was clearly taking it all out on the patients. Further, even with three employees in reception, it took them almost 45 minutes to check me in, and now I have been waiting for another 45 minutes to just get checked out! A lot of their customers seem to be people coming in for employee mandated tests, so maybe they just aren’t used to or plain not sensitive to patients with severe pain that just want to go home. I’ve been here for nearly three hours, half of which is due to the inefficiencies of the reception. Not returning.
