My family will never get our medicine filled here again. Having medicine ready on time has always been a problem here, also I have in to the past arrived close to opening and closing times and found the place still shuttered 5 or 10 minutes early/late. But today it came to a head and I was so angry when I left that I had to write a review. On March 192015, sick with strep throat my daughter and I go to the doctors and get a prescription which was sent to the pharmacy at 300pm. I know this because I was sitting in the room with my doctor when she typed the script in the computer and sent it over. I arrive at 3:30 to retrieve the medicine and was greeted by 5 or 6 pharmacy workers behind the counter having a good time. There was a blond female pharmacist that seemed to be in charge. but everyone was laughing and talking. I gave my name and they looked around for it finally finding it in a big pile on the fax machine. they turned and said to me «it just came in, it will be a few minutes». I said«I’ll have to come back for it, I have a sick kid in the car. I told them I would be back for it and left. At 4:30 I arrive back at the pharmacy and was told a second time that my prescription was not ready. At this point I became very angry. My favorite thing to do with a 101 degree fever is drive from my house back and forth to the pharmacy. Instead of apologizing and taking of it, the blond pharmacist proceeds to argue with me over minutia instead of getting my medicine ready. They left me sitting while they took their time filling it. The pharmacist quipped that«If I would have waited at 3:30 they would have filled it in five minutes» yet despite arriving back at the pharmacy at 4:30 I did not get back in my car until 5PM. This family will be taking our business elsewhere. I hope you all catch strep throat.
