I called and set up an appointment for the next day. The repairman Moises showed up with the owner of the company Miriam on time, they evaluated the ice maker figured out the problem. Noted that the part may need to be ordered and repaired at a later date. Then they called later said they were able to get the part from the warehouse. That day they were able to come back and install and repair the ice maker. It has been working well for the past two weeks. They were great and I would recommend them to others.

I was promised a technician the same day I called. 30 minutes after they were supposed to be there I received a call that they could not make it. Re scheduled for the next day. Again, received a call from the technician himself and he assured me he was on his way and would call me when he was close. Well, never received a call nor did the technician ever show up. This was the worst. I am dependent on my deep fryers to generate income and this company does not understand that nor do they care.

What a awful services, and was only on the phone. No was a necesary a technician come. The lady on the phone was to annoying.

Would have given this company a zero star if possible. Had an appointment for 10 – 12. They never called never came. We called at 2:00 they said will be there in 35 min. Well at 730 pm they finally show up. No calls no apologies They then look at my ice maker from the back of the refrigerator and say it will cost $ 800 to repair. Wow no way we have ice, we have a motor, just not coming out the little door. We called another repair company who came out at the scheduled time and all it ended up being was a connection that had unplugged, They reconnected and just charged the minimal house visit price. That was a big difference from the back of the refrigerator to the front connection in the ice maker dispenser I will never use this company again.

Technician was terrible, but I have to give this place 2 stars just for the fact that they delivered on a technician at all. Out of four places called, this was the only one where the technician came out at the time requested. They were also open weekends, which apparently is none too common with appliance repair companies. Like I said though, the technician that did come had no clue. No testing of components. Suggested that my husband’s replacement of a light bulb could be causing a short when it clearly states in the user manual that any standard appliance bulb can be used(and it was). He also recommended we replace the most expensive part possible. Naturally. Here goes another round of four companies before I can get somebody to come out and take a look at my fridge again. And actually show up.
