ZERO STARS!!! I was on the hunt to finding a dentist and this place was recommended to be by a dental staff member at the county. So I decided to call and make an appointment which a women receptionist picked up. She had a very rude tone as she took down my information and scheduled my appointment. Before I could even say thank you, and bye she hung up on me so quickly before I could even get the words out! So I decided to just overlook that considering that good customer service goes a long a way in my book. When I called to reschedule my appointment due to hardship on not being able to make it the receptionist was so NASTY and RUDE to me. Almost yelling saying that I am the third Medi-​cal patient that had cancelled that day! Talking about that’s why the doctor doesn’t like to see Medi-​cal patients smh. Insurance has nothing to do with why I tried to reschedule (which I also did not appreciate her stereotyping me) tried to compromise with her to see if I was able to get some money to go, and then she RUDELY cut me off saying «NOW THE DOCTOR DOESN’T EVEN WANT TO SEE YOU AT ALL NOW», as I tried explaining to her she hung up on me! I wanted to call her back and tell her how I did not appreciate her hanging up on me! Why would a dentist ever want a rude a** receptionist like that? If this is how he runs his office then maybe it was meant for me to not go, because I could only imagine how the dentist may operate letting a woman like that be the face of his practice! Please do yourself a favor and don’t even waste your time. I wish I knew her name, but she isn’t hard to miss with her rude a**!
I really don’t agree with how these dentist cut you off from ever being able to come to their place of business, because you have Medi-​cal and don’t come for your first appointment! There are many things in life that comes up that happens on a daily basis that may prevent people from being able to make it. So, I will never agree with that standard. A big discrimination! Sorry for the long paragraph folks :)

This place deserves 0 stars. The receptionist is exceptionally rude and was very rude over the phone. Get some manners and learn how to run a business. New clients, BEWARE and stay away.
