The staff is very friendly here and helpful. I feel like I’m visiting friends when I go there. Craig and Carol (the resident managers), Peggy (and there is a new lady who’s name I can’t recall) are always so friendly and professional. They explain everything you need to know about renting and whenever I had a question about my unit or my rental fees they were helpful and I have only received the best customer service there. I would recommend this site as the location is good, not a lot of foot traffic, the facility is clean, well lit and I always feel safe going there. They have good camera surveillance which is more than I can say for some of the other rental businesses in town. I had a unit at PS years ago and everything I owned was stolen except my bedframe. I don’t see that happening at Acorn.
