Nifty spot to grab a craft brew. It’s located next to a Piggly Wiggly in a strip mall, so the exterior’s not much, but there’s a neat small bar up front featuring a beautiful natural wood surface. You can pick from half a dozen beers of different types on tap and some of them come with a free glass – mine was from Coronado brewing and I now refuse to drink out of anything else. The rest of the space has a decent selection of craft beers you’re not likely to be able to get next door at the PW. The selection isn’t as extensive as, say, Sam’s Bottle Shop in Durham, but it’ll more than do in a pinch. The owner is also way cool and friendly.

Pittsboro’s bottle shop! There are usually 5 or 6 brews on tap. Beer comes from all over the US. The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. I feel like I am getting an education every time I come here and drink. You can get a sample, half pint, or pint when you come in. I love the place. In fact, I think I’ll go right now!

Nice local, low-key, craft beer shop. Stephen, the owner, is laid back, but very knowledgeable and helpful. Unlike a lot of other area beer shops, the feel isn’t pretentious or contrived. Check it out.

This store opened about 6 weeks ago. They specialize in Craft Beer hence the name«580 Craft Beer. The owners Stephen and Brandon have been in the craft beer scene for a number of years. The store was in planning for 2 years. Not your same olé same olé beer you pick up at the grocery store or carry out. This is for the discriminating beer lover. Such as to name just a few«Smuttynose Old Brown Dog Ale, Fullstream Working Man’s Lunch Chocolate Ale, and so much more. There are a lot of shelves of beer for sale. but they also serve glasses of draft, bottled beer, at a small bar area in the front of the store. You can build you six packs of different beer and get a discount every Wednesday on these variety packs. They have over 300 beers to choose from. They also have a limited edition of fine wines, a few ciders and gluten free beers.
