Irondequoit Inn

A beautiful inn! Loved staying there and can not wait to go back this summer. Would recommend to anyone who wants to spend some time enjoying hiking trails, canoeing, fresh air and delicious food.

This is a one of a kind experience. I am biased because I grew up coming here and just revisited after a 20 year absence. The Inn is still the welcoming and wonderful place in the Adirondack’s that I remember from childhood. The accommodations range from campsites on the beach or in the woods by Piseco Lake to rustic cabins and efficiencies to rooms above the Inn itself. Breakfast is classic with blueberry pancakes and the basics before you start off your day of hiking, canoeing the lake and rivers or simply relaxing on the porch reading or socializing. Loren and Pamela, the innkeepers, bend over to personalize guests experiences. This ²⁴⁄₇ team also grow and serve organic vegetables on site and are fabulous cooks on top of it all. It is a nostalgic place with so much to offe and great to see it thriving while new guests discover it’s charm and character at the same time that descendants of the founders still enjoy that flavor they’ve known for generations. Sunrise to sunset the views change by the moment.
