Awesome service and unmatched talent. I would highly recommend Capelli and Giovanni to anyone that was looking for premier service and fantastic cuts.

Staff are extremely rude — girl that answers the phone obnoxious. Treat customers like crap when you call to book.
Last time went there checked in and they made me wait 45 minutes. Offered nothing– coffee /​water etc which should be pretty standard stuff for a place that charges heavy. Sitting right there and I could see the stylist was free. The girl at the front desk did not even tell her I’m waiting — screwed up and finally had to call the owner ask why the delay, after which he apologized on her behalf.
Stopped using them and they charge too much anyway and nothing special.
Only reason I go there is the lady I use is good-​Hiromi. The star rating does not reflect her work rather the salon n other staff!

This was my first time coming here. I wanted a single process done to cover my grays and even out my color. Kristen was my colorist. She was super friendly and bubbly and helped with some questions I had on hair color. I liked her personality. Since I (and they) were short on time since it was a last minute appointment, I left with my hair wet and opted to blow dry it when I got home. After I was shampooed out, I immediately noticed how much richer my color was. I also noticed how I could not see any grays (unlike me using boxed color). The prices for a single process were pretty decent so I would come back for the price point and if it lasts long enough. I want to see how this color holds up so I will update my review in a few weeks!

I recommend this salon. It’s clean and prices are affordable. Got a haircut by Nicole and she did a great job. I really like how she styled my hair. Planning to get my hair colored next.

The place is clean with good staff. I have a really dull frizzy hair, christa gave me a really nice hair cut. I would definitely go back and strongly recommend the place go everyone.

I’ve been cutting my hair at capelli for more than a year now, Nicole is wonderful and gives me the haircut I want exactly every time.
Overall, capelli has a professional and clean environment with friendly staff and great stylists.

Still having my extensions and color done by Gino at the Capelli salon. And I’m still amazed at how wonderful he is and how great everyone looks when they leave the Salon. Lol and I look pretty good too!

I had a wonderful experience at this salon. Tiffany was my stylist, she gave me a cut and color. I wanted lighter hair that looked natural and would not require a root touch up every month. She recommended an ombré hi-​light look called baylage. I especially like how she dyed my roots back to their natural color and blended this color throughout the rest of my hair. Now my hair can grow out and I don’t have to worry about constant root touch ups. I am very happy with the results.

Being regular because of my stylist who is my friend, knows my hair inside out as well.

Stuffs are great, very friendly. I feel very comfortable to go there every time, people there make me feel like I’m their family. Stylists there are all very good with cuts and colors.

When I walk in I’m treated with respect and kindness, it’s a very clean salon no gross hair clippings all over the place, no wait time whoever your appointment is with there ready for you !
I used to go to a salon that was the exact opposite of all this so to me Capelli’s is like hair salon heaven!

If your stuck in there for a long hair appointment like I usually am there are many other establishments in the area to keep you busy so your not bored out of your mind.

They even do waxing, nails, lash extensions

I tend to be very cautious about getting my extremely curly hair cut. Not everyone has the gift and know how, however I can say Kelly is my one and only go to person.
After years of spending hundreds for unsuccessful haircuts in popular salons in NYC, I am thrilled I «found“Capellis salon. I’ve gone there for years (at least 15) for Hair Color, I now go for all of my hair needs. If you want to transform your look, this is the place to go. I highly recommend capelli’s and the Senior hair stylist Kelly.
It’s not just a Salon it’s like visiting a friend, they are just that good. You cannot go wrong with any stylist, they are all outstanding.

I have been coming to Capelli’s for years and it is absolutely wonderful. The facility is very clean and upscale, and the staff is very welcoming. My stylists name is Kellie M. and I cannot recommend her enough. She is very professional, friendly, and an excellent stylist. Highly recommend her for both cut and color because she has certifications from speciality schools that she goes out of her way to learn. This quality definitely sets her apart.

I see Crista V. for highlights and cut and she always does such a great job– extremely talented stylist and sweet personality! I’ve been coming here for close to a year now and I absolutely love it! All of the stylists are wonderful and the atmosphere is great. The front desk is also so welcoming, love it here :)

Kelly W has been cutting my hair for about 10 years and I’ve never had a cut from her I didn’t love (in fact, for the last few years she asks me what I want and I say, «oh, you know what I like, just cut it however you want…» and she does just that and it’s always fabulous). Kelly’s done color, cut, and two perms for me over the years. She’s super knowledgeable about haircare and will even explain to you all the details, if you’re interested (which I always am). She’s such a lovely person in general, and fun to chat with, and you’ll be remiss not to take advantage of her superior knowledge and skills!

They do what you need and that is exactly what you want in a hair salon. I don’t know about anyone else, but I am always looking for some one to do the job right.
