John has been our State Farm agent for years. During that time he has been very helpful. He helped us through all three of our daughters having car wrecks. We were treated respectfully and the settlement was accurate. A couple of years ago we had a big disagreement with the company, not John, over storm related property loss. We have stayed with State Farm because of John and our long term satisfaction with them on other claims.
