Our go to for Bahn Mi sandwiches and Phở!
remind us of being back in the NYC area with authentic vietnamese cuisine. Fresh bread, right amount of protein fresh veggies. The phở was just like we are used to and even better then some up north.

I had the vanilla boba tea, it was great! My first boba tea and a the ultimate mango shaved ice was good too. The menu for the drinks and shaved ice was a good selection! I couldn’t choose what to get.

This is one of my favorite lunch destinations. I always call in my order ahead of time to avoid the wait typical of the establishment. On the occasions I eat in with friends we plan to wait 15 minutes for sandwiches and up to 30 for phở or noodles.
I’ve had their pad Thai and was really impressed– I forgot to order it hot and really should have. Their sandwiches always go over well, although the bread is sometimes too hard. If you’re a newbie to Vietnamese food these are a safe bet. Be mindful of the hot peppers, though.
They have a large pitcher of water with styrofoam cups available in the restaurant and a million different types of teas and boba. My coworker swears their boba is some of the best.
Prices are beyond fair and my lunch is always under $ 5 and dinner under $ 10. They don’t mind having patrons pay with a card most of the time but on occasion I’ve been asked to pay cash if possible.
Friendly staff, great food, good location… I highly recommend.

My daughter and I love this place. We regularly go to enjoy boba smoothies and pad Thai, which is HUGE and excellent. The staff is friendly and helpful and always able to answer questions.
We enjoy the coconut avocado smoothies with boba, the ice with «popping» boba (yes, it’s as awesome as it sounds) and pretty much everything else we have tried from there.
It’s a perfect place to hang out with friends and totally kid friendly.

Such a great Vietnamese place to grab Drinks and Food. One of the greatest place for Boba Tea with a variety of toppings. They also have a variety of teas, food, and shave ice. The employees are super friendly, and the quality of the food and drinks are amazing and fresh.

My number one pick for Bahn Mi sandwiches and Boba Slushies. It seems to be run by family and friends, but they know how to make some great Vietnamese food.
Try out the «Brian’s Special» Bahn Mi. Sweet meat in a bun with cucumber slices, cilantro, carrots, and topped with sunny side up eggs. The wings and crispy rice with sweet fish sauce is perfect when paired with the spicy papaya salad. You really can’t go wrong with any order here.
I’m already a regular at this place and it’s no wonder why there’s almost always a line to order their food. Come check it out too!

This place is a hole in the wall at US-​19 and gandy next to the honeybaked ham store. If you blink you’ll miss it, but don’t. I ordered the typical bahn mi and was not disappointed. Service was very fast and the restaurant is really clean (if you’re familiar with this strip of vietnamese restaurants, you know how rare that is.) Best of all, I think it was about $ 5 for the sandwich and it was wonderful!

I. Love. This. Place.
I went to college at the University of Florida where 4 different bubble tea shops were within 3 miles of my house. Then I moved to the Philippines (aka in Asia) where in the city you can find bubble tea on nearly every street corner. This place can definitely hold its own in terms of quality.
I am lactose intolerant so I normally end up getting their flavored teas, either black or green. The go-​to for me is normally the lychee green tea with aloe and boba as add-​ons. The difference between a medium and large size is only 0.50, so it’s a no-​brainer to get the large! My bill comes to $ 5 normally, which conveniently is also their minimum threshold for credit card usage (they use Square for payment, so all cards are welcome!). The price is in-​line with bubble tea prices in Florida, but it can seem a bit steep if you’re from somewhere with a larger Asian food culture.
Their food is good here too! Their banh mi sandwiches taste really fresh, with a very good amount of meat and pâté. The bread is toasted perfectly as well. You can get better phở elsewhere in Pinellas, but it isn’t bad by any means.
I also really like the laidback atmosphere. You can sip your drinks slowly with friends and the staff never seems like they’re trying to shoo you out. Perfect for lazy summer days to beat the heat.

They have a wonderful selection of Boba teas and smoothies, you can never get tired of it. The food didn’t impress me too much, but I haven’t had many dishes here yet. I don’t mind trying again, if I can get more boba! They do take a little long during peak hours to make the boba, so go during in between peak times if you’re in a hurry.

Found this place because of Unilocal and it did not disappoint!!! We went there after a long day in the sun and the shaved ice was a perfect cooling off dessert!
We ordered the Hula Skirt for the wife and I got the ultimate mango and oh my was it heavenly!!! The shaved ice is super fluffy and and I think they use milk to make the shaved ice. It was amazing like little snow flakes melting in my mouth.
I loved the ultimate mango but I also love mangos. It was mango shaved ice, mango syrup and fresh mango toppings mmmm mmm was it so good. We ended up going here 3 times on our trip. After every day in the sun we ended up here to get our cool treat. My goodness was it amazing and refreshing.
The service is great and everyone is really friendly. The ordering was quick and easy and we got our shaved ice in a timely manner. We also ordered boba and it was just as good but man that shaved ICE!!!
Loved the place and the atmosphere. Everyone we talked to inside the café raved at how good everything was. Definitely would recommend it to anyone that needs a place to get a bite to eat or a delicious dessert.
Definitely go here after a long day in the sun it will make you feel so much better after.

They have a great selection of teas and shaved ice cream with condensed milk. You can have fresh fruit and mango sauce added also. Nice touch and might I say yummy too!

Was really excited to try this place, especially since I haven’t had any shaved ice since moving from Houston. I need to note it wasn’t busy in there.
First, my order was rung up wrong AND missing boba, which was clearly on the receipt. Had to have them fix that.
Secondly, they ran out of original shaved ice — in the middle of the day! So I had to get a flavored one instead.
Third, they served it to me with no condensed milk … What? That’s a key ingredient of shaved ice! Had to have them fix that.
Fourth, along with the strawberry ice I had to have subbed in, there was a layer of taro at the bottom. Gross! At this point I was too fed up with the mistakes and telling them that I just threw it away and left.
Had high hopes but was beyond disappointed.

I’ve been coming to Season’s since they first opened. I love everything that I’ve ordered there but my favorite would have to be their porkroll sandwich. Their bread is always really fresh and has a nice crunch to it. I order it the way it comes but hold the butter and I add a bit of soy sauce. It’s the best pork roll I’ve had.
For drinks, I normally get their green tea with grass jelly which is really refreshing or their strong Vietnamese coffee with coffee jelly.

I find myself coming back here many times a week for their boba tea.
Their milk teas with boba are very good. I generally get the vanilla milk tea with extra boba and egg custard. Very flavorful and still easy to drink with all of the extra ingredients added in. Their regular teas are also very good and I do recommend those as well.
Their food is fresh and full of flavor and bite. The portions are large, the flavors are outstanding and every bite always includes a little bit of everything. The short ribs were soft and not tough whatsoever, the flavor was savory and well balanced. The meatball sandwich was a good size, very fresh with great bite from the vegetables. The meatballs were soft and perfectly seasoned. The bread for the sandwich was also fresh and very soft so the filling didn’t spill out all over the plate. The spicy noodle and beef soup was a very large portion and came with the second plate of all the toppings you can add. The cabbage and bean sprouts gave it a very nice crunch and the basil added a nice touch to all of the flavors in the soup. The meatballs, once again, were soft and flavorful and the beef chunks were great as well.
It’s a great little spot for drinks and delicious food. The service has been good every time I’ve gone and the food always comes out quickly.

Upon my most recent to Seasons Café to show my friend the local offerings, I was able to get takeout so I could try the peanut chicken curry entrée. As always, the staff at Seasons were pleasant, helpful, and patient during my visit.
Our shaved ice, boba, and take out were delivered to our table in a few short minutes The next day when I had the generous portion of chicken curry for lunch, it was delicious and pleasantly spicy. In addition, the price was very reasonable for the quality and amount at $ 7.25 (I believe).
I will definitely return to try more of the entrees. Thank you, Seasons, for always delivering a positive dining experience.

Real Asian gem with the banh mi, boba, bubble tea, macaroons, phở, shaved ice, rice, soups, and more… Beef stew and banh mi are my favorite as the flavor of the soup is appetizing.
When I am in town, I cannot help but stop by for baked goods, sandwiches, and specialty drinks. Egg roll appetizer is delicious as fried food explains me. Chicken wings with sticky rice are decent. Drinks are perfect, as I am not able to taste the powdered texture. Avocado and taro smoothies and fresh-​squeezed sugar cane drink have my vote.
Customer service is beyond expectation for casual dining, as employees are friendly and helpful. Everything is fresh and made on the spot. Gift cards are available for purchase. Vegetarian menu is available by request.

I always see Twennie checkin here and she is frequently visited this place. This is her hood. Soon I also checked out this place and I also hook on their desserts. Cool dessert is served here. I mean cool in cold and also good.
I have been here for some time but never give them the former review. I have not try their cooked food but plenty of desserts. They are famous on their shave ice. Once you have their shave ice, you may not want other types of shave ice. The shave ice is very fluffy and soft. It is almost look like a cloud. They come with different flavor. If you have been order with toppings, you might want to try the ice along with selected flavor. Try that way you can feel the goodness of the ice. Yummy in the tummy.
I have many way. Some time I have with mix jelly and basil seed. Mix your own toppings with your own creation.

I liked it a lot. This isn’t a fancy place with four Michellin star dining or the most amazing Vietnamese hole in the wall authentic restaurant serving the best food you’ve ever had, it’s a cute boba and shave ice place that serves up wonderfully fun desserts, drinks, and tasty fast casual Vietnamese food.
I liked the fried quail app, nice and crispy, and bith sandwiches I had were tasty The shave ice with fruit and condenswd milk, I went «hula», and the boba beverages are yummy.
I would prefer fruit based and less sugar, but it was all very good. :) The real fresh fruit in the shave ice was definitely a highlight.

Finally checked out Season’s after so many people kept coming here. I was pretty satisfied.
It is a cute little place with a menu for warm food, as well as a menu for drinks. They have boba tea, shaved ice drinks, and premium teas. They also have various snacks that are pre-​packaged for your convenience, and they sell loose leaf tea.
This place gets quite busy, but just stand in line, then order your food, and they will bring it to you.
They have a nice outside area too, so you can sit outside, or being with your doggie.
I will be back, and can’t wait to try even more of what they have. I tried their shaved ice with fruit. It was good but seemed like more ice than fruit.
