This T-​Mobile location sucks the staff is friendly but it’s too crowded and out of stock won’t return to this location

This past week we finally decided to jump ship from Sprint to T-​Mobile. The timing with the new iPhone 6 release couldn’t have come at a better time. We went to the store several times. First to learn about the plans, then for the iPhone 6 Plus preorder & finally to get their help with the trade-​in from our old iPhones. We spoke with several different agents which were all friendly from the moment we walked in. These agents understand the customers needs. One agent «Juan» stood out & went above & beyond for us. He answered all our questions & did everything he possibly could do to make sure we had a smooth transfer. I would definitely recommend this location. The store is well organized & for those wondering, it has stools to sit. Not that we would mind if it didn’t or give it a lower rating for something as insignificant as that. We stood for 2 hours doing our shopping & carrier switch. We didn’t even notice the time due to the great environment & service. So come on & jump on the No Contract band wagon, everyone else has!

Supe great customer service I mean really nice people that really care about helping. But It all goes to waste because there is no waiting area no chairs not even anything to lean on seriously? It’s the biggest inconvenience I’ve been here for two hours today with the biggest headache I’ve ever experienced at this point you dot give a crap about your phone cause your so uncomfortable. Make this place more people friendly
