The service was good and but the ice cream seemed to taste a bit on the old side; like it had been sitting in the freezer and experienced ice burn/freezer burn. Not many options for toppings just candy bars, would have liked to see come fresh fruit perhaps. I don’t know I think they should focus on perfecting basic flavors instead of giving you 1000 flavors and they all lacking. Would not recommend.

I have gone here because I was next door to Get Smart – their lines can be killer! So while someone was in line for me, I would walk over to the ice cream shop! The girl who helped me was AWESOME!!! The ice cream isn’t the best but it’s pretty good!

This place actually has real ice cream unlike Cold Stone which uses pudding mix, yeah that’s right frickin pudding mix in every batch to give it a fake silky texture and prevents it from melting. Not to mention that Cold Stone came 5 years after Marble Slab pioneered the idea. It’s a shame they don’t get more recognition and praise for the superior product they put out.

Ok, MUCH better than Cold Stone or Abbot’s. Their ice creams were a bit more varied and creative, as were their topping selections. The service was friendly and informative. It also wasn’t jamming packed(which is not great for them). Good seating. Pricey for ice cream but around the same you’d find at Cold Stone. I’m not huge on ice cream but this place gets two thumbs up =O)

Not as good as Cold Stone, but close. It is the same concept: mix in fresh, not frozen ingredients to ice cream so that you can actually taste things. The stores are really similar. But… I like the advertising and overall appearance of the Cold Stone locations more. It just feels like a higher class. And I like Cold Stone’s waffle bowls better too.
