Let me start by saying that I’m a writer(read: a creative brain with zero ability to understand all things technology-related). As such, two things happen here: 1) my computer is crazy important 2) I tend to sound like an idiot when my magic box breaks Fortunately for me, SVC Technologies was kind enough to understand that not everybody speaks computers. They had a few preliminary questions for me(which I couldn’t answer, of course!), and they walked me through the steps to find the answers for them. They were incredibly kind and helpful, and I never felt judged for being confused. My computer was fixed and ready for me in lightening speed. They completely understood that I needed it in order to make money, and I felt like I was at the top of their priority list. I’m quite sure that ALL of their customers feel like they’re the only people in the world! Customer service is such an endangered species these days. I’m so grateful to have found a company that still thinks the customer is king. And look… ! I’m writing this review on my ‘puter that’s all fixed up and feeling better :-)
