One of my favorite pizza places. I like how if you have a large group and spend 50 bucks or more, you can use the back banquet room as long as it’s not reserved for someone else. Thick crust is always good, just don’t like how they can’t put both sausage and bacon on the same pizza because they both are raw so it’s a risk getting sick of not cooked through. Understandable. Only once we weren’t happy because we ordered a combo pizza with thick crust and there were so many toppings, the dough didn’t cook and the pizza was cold in the middle. The breadsticks with cheese are delicious with ranch. Overall, love this place!

We love this pizza! Their crust is like no other. Great service. We’re there a least twice a month and take family and friends to pizza when they come up to visit.

On our way home, from a refreshing day of secret sugar stashes at Kwood, our ravenous appetite had directed us to Pine Grove Pizza, in Pine Grove… Fifteen minutes out, we phoned in our order. A pleasant young woman answered, and started taking our order when we lost reception. We arrived soon after, fearing that our dropped phone call lost our order. But we were pleasantly surprised to find our pizza ready to go in the oven. A mere 20 minutes later, we were presented a beautifully crafted fat-crusted vegetarian pizza, so heavily laden with vegetables that there was no visible cheese on top; the way a vegetarian pizza should be. Despite the juicy non-overcooked quality of the vegetables, the crust retained its crispy buttery exterior and fluffy interior, resulting in a perfect combination of crunchy and soft indulgence. All in all, friendly staff, great pizza, definitely a place we’ll come back to!

We went here starving after a day in caverns. We ordered large half Hawaiian, half veggie large and it was just right for three of us. My husband gives it 3 stars, I give it 4 and my nine year old son 5, so the average is four. The pizza was delicious. It was served on top of a rack above traditional pizza tray. That kept its crispness. The Veggie was Loaded with veggies. The service was excellent. She was very accommodating. We gobbled up everything.

Pine Grove Pizza: Not the best pizza I’ve had, it’s different from what I’ve had. Pizza isn’t the greatest here, I think it’s something in the dough. But overall everyone in Pine Grove likes it, I really wouldn’t go back if needed.

Pizza was good but I think they gave us a small when we ordered and paid for a medium. We thought the pizza was small and this was confirmed when they gave us a small to go box and ½ the pizza almost fit perfectly in the small box. I should have complained but I complain with my wallet and not my mouth; I won’t be going there again. We also ordered the ‘garden salad’. What a sad excuse for a garden salad. Old yellowing lettuce with some cheese, two mini tomatoes and some croutons . We normally go to Pizza Plus in Sutter Creek or the new Pisano’s in Jackson and that’s where we’ll be heading for pizza and salad next time. Not to Pine Grove Pizza.

Tasty and well cooked pizza. Attentive service, and lots of topping choices. Good selection of local micro brews. Lots of locals here.

So happy with this pizza place! Nice crunch to the crust, generous cheese and sauce and tasty sausage. I love a crisp crust and this was excellent.

Went here last week after our granddaughter’s baseball game. It was roomy, lots of tables. There was a little arcade area with a few games. The menu was decent, offered 5 different sizes of pizzas, also offered sandwiches, pasta. We ordered a mini pepperoni and pineapple for the little one, a pepperoni and a combination. Pizza came out after about 10 minutes, piping hot and looked delicious. They were great! The crust was very crunchy on the bottom, but soft in the middle. The pepperoni was spicy, a little too much for my taste. The combo had raw veggies on it, which i would have liked cooked. All in all the food was pretty good and the service was great.

Called in order for pick-up. They quoted 7:25. Arrived at 7:15 already in box. How cool would it have been if I arrived 10 minutes later? CC: MC, Visa only, no AX, Paypal or Square. Pizza was a bit cool at home 1 mi later. It had generous helping of meat.

Sooooo beyond good! A little pricey but it’s so worth it. The roast beef, mushroom and cheese sandwich, with lots and lots of peppers is heaven. I’d 100% recommend this place to everyone!:)

Sometimes great pizza. Sometimes too thin and/or burnt, lacking in topping quantity. There seems to be a quality control issue with Pine Grove Pizza. As can be seen from the above, in my experience, quality is variable. If they were to tighten up on their pizza chef training and supervision, I would give it four stars.

Stopped into this spot while on a weekend camping trip to a friend’s cabin near Pioneer. Was a great environment, service was quick, and they were even quick to communicate with my deaf friends without difficulty. As if I didn’t feel welcome enough, there was an old themed pinball machine that kept me entertained while I waited for my pizza. Pizza was great and don’t think I could find much better pizza given that there aren’t a lot of restaurants in the area.

Even though it is far from the best pizza I have ever had(I am a Chicago girl and a pizza snob), the pizza was good and service was fast and friendly. What more can you expect from a small town pizza joint in the middle of nowhere? :) This is why I’m giving it 5 stars — for the boonies — the pizza isn’t too shabby. They use real sausage which is a plus and the garlic bread pizza is pretty good. Sauce is also decent. Everyone else is commenting that the toppings are generous and I agree with that.

A-OK. I have no complaints about this pizza. The atmosphere is typical small town pizzeria, nothing special, Formica tables and benches, a little tv in the corner and lots of locals. The pizza was good. We ordered the combo, the crust was nice and thick, the toppings were well distributed and plentiful. The price was average.($ 30ish for large pizza and 2 drinks) If the location is convenient and you’re in the mood for pizza, this is a great place!
