We have a two bedroom place, and each bedroom has an attached path room with a shower. There are no bathroom lines in the morning. The place looks nice and has a full sized stove and oven. There were plenty of electrical outlets around the rooms and the room even came with a gas fireplace and a stacked washer/dryer unit in one of the bathrooms. It was noisy, but I’d prefer a little noise over having to leave the room to do laundry. On the last day of the say, the bathroom fan started making a terrible screeching sound… I hope they fix that. The only negative was that we were on the third floor of a large building. This was made better by the fact we had a nearby elevator and close parking. Also, the view from the room out over the mountains was nice. Not perfect, but nice. At least we were removed from the town… night was quiet.

Horrible room. We reserved four months ago and had high hopes for a nice Christmas vacation. The room is advertised as much larger than it is. The bed is worn out and the bathroom was not clean. Even though there were many vacancies we weren’t offered a nice option. This is absolutely Not A Gold crown resort.

We stayed here with my family during the summer and it was wonderful. Clean rooms, great, attentive staff, and awesome amenities(grill, 3 pools, hot tub, events) — my only gripe was getting kicked out of the pool at an early hour — I think 9pm? What is this, a nursing home? The location was perfect, hidden and NOT too close to the downtown area of Pigeon Forge — which, by the way, I would not want to stay near. During the summer months it just gets so damn packed there. Gatlinburg was also only a 15 minute drive away. Sunrise ridge was close enough to drive but far enough to feel like we were able to get away from the hustle and bustle
