This hotel is located near many restaurants and tourist attractions. Service at the front desk is friendly and efficient. Free WiFi. Our reservation was ready upon arrival. The room was spacious, had a huge tub, fireplace, refrigerator, wet bar area, microwave, dishes. I mean pretty much everything you need. It was also very clean. I felt I got my monies worth.
So why 4 stars and not 5. I felt the rooms were a little out dated. Now, I believe that Pigeon Forge is an extremely old city and most everything is old but the room could be updated a little.
