Initial impression, looks relatively new but has strange smell in the lobby and hallway. Combination of B.O. and curry. Fortunately the room didn’t smell that way. Remote on Tv didn’t work so we called the front desk and they couldn’t get it to work. Next morning took stuff out of the fridge and it wasn’t cold, and had a puddle of water in the bottom. Told the front desk that morning when we left. They said they would have someone fix it. That night we came back and it was still broken. Tried to use the microwave and couldn’t get it to pop popcorn. When we checked out we expressed our dismay with all of the issues. We were told they would contact me and make amends. Two days later I had still not heard back from anyone. I called twice before I got in touch with the manager. First he didn’t offer anything, he said that the microwave, fridge and tv were just convenience items. After I pressed him he offered to give 50% off on my next stay. So I decided to take him up on the offer. When I called back to make the reservation he said he could only offer $ 10 off a night, when I reminded him that he had said 50% off he offered $ 20 off a night. I should have given up dealing with him at that point. Had I been smart, I would have realized how dishonest he was but, I made the reservation anyway. It was the standard procedure that you would expect from any normal hotel. They take down your credit card number and hold it, and if you don’t cancel or show up then they charge your card. We spent a wonderful day in the park and had dinner. To be sure that everything was still ok and maybe a little voice nagging in the back of my mind I called to let the hotel know that we were on the way and it was going to be a late check in. He tells me that he is sorry but he never heard from me before 5. Then after asking what I was supposed to be calling him for he says, he tried calling me many times but couldn’t get hold of me so they gave my room away. My phone was on all day and there were no missed calls or voicemails on it. What an unethical manager /owner. I can’t believe any legitimate establishment would operate this way. So here I am at 11:20PM on a Saturday night and I have have to go find a hotel. Fortunately there are lots of them. I know we all like deals but this is the last place I will ever go. In business they always tell you not to affect a person emotionally in a negative manner. He has done that for sure. We have stayed in many hotels all over the world. We have had some bad hotels but never had an establishment give our room away after taking our credit card number to hold a room. Good luck staying there.

I arrived at the hotel with my wife and our two kids on March 20th2015, at 7 pm with a price line trip number and a confirmation number. The reservation had been booked two weeks prior and secured by credit card. We waited a long time with only two people in front of us, just to get to the counter. When we finally got our turn a unfriendly woman who was working the counter asked for my information. The counter woman was short and had an attitude. She advised me that no reservation existed(according to her) and the hotel had no vacancies. I showed her the print out of our reservation/confirmation. She replied that although I had a confirmation they had no record of it and no vacancies. No apologies, no attempting to help just a tough luck attitude. I contacted while still at the counter. She confirmed my credit card held reservation and called the woman at the desk who once again became short and stated although the reservation was in a joint system both River bend Inn and had access too. The hotel had no record of it. Luckily within 30 minutes booked me into another hotel and paid the 60 dollar increase since the new hotel was more expensive. The bottom line is my personal experience along with countless reviews shows this hotel needs some serious customer relations help. They show total distain towards their customers and need a wake up call, for this to happen I highly suggest everyone stay at one of the other countless hotels in the area that are at the very same price point.

Clean close to everything. Loved the heart shaped hot tub. The weird house behind it was creepy. Low water pressure in shower and kinda friendly staff. Loved the convince of the location. We plan to return rates were in season so moderate for the area. Indoor pool full of kids but clean.

For $ 40 a night in Pigeon Forge you can’t beat this place! We were driving by looking for a hotel after checking out of a $ 110 a night dump and saw a sign on the hotel offering $ 38/night rooms and the hotel looked nice on the outside. Went inside and asked to view a room after seeing the clean, neat lobby. The front desk people quickly and generously agreed and gave us a key to room 203. We checked it out, it was clean and fresh with a modern TV and a microwave and refrigerator. Clean bedspreads and sheets. There is a small indoor pool which we won’t use, a guest computer, clean breakfast area and lobby downstairs. There is a clean, neat workout area on the 2nd floor. The free wireless Internet is great! The hotel is within walking distance to restaurants, attractions and a gas station/convenience store. Haven’t tried the complimentary breakfast, but at this price how bad can it be!!!

Price was amazing, for just myself i paid less than 40 dollars per night and had view of the mountains outside my window. Staff was average, they were stingy with the toilet paper and tissues, but they left me alone and the washer and dryer on the premise worked great! Hotel was clean and has an indoor pool! Most of the rooms have balcony’s too which I thought was awesome! Totally worth the money!
