Growing up in Florida, the food itself was sub-par compared to the mexican food back home(definitely not bad, by any means). But after an afternoon of hiking, I could not have cared less. The margaritas were sweet, but a $ 17 pitcher had about 5 margs for the table and again, we were too tired to nit-pick. Chips were hot when they got to the table, but you could tell they weren’t fresh as much as they had been sitting under a salamander for a while. Still cheaper than anywhere else to eat in the area. I would go back again, with slightly lower expectations.

Loved this place, BRIGHTANDCOLORFUL Interior, lots of friendly staff. Service was quick and food came out Promptly, very large selection of items And large portions too, both of us needed To go boxes to take stuff home in. Think this is my new go to Mexican in town.

Quite, and nice restaurant. The service was okay, and the chips weren’t that great; however the food came fast! I had the Burrito Bandera and it was the best burrito I have ever had! I will be stopping here next time I visit Pigeon Forge.

We are really confused as to why this place has rave reviews. Service was good– polite and reasonably fast considering the crowd. The food on the other hand… was just okay. Everything seemed like it came from a jar, can or package(from the salsa down to the shredded chicken nachos). The atmosphere is really cute, I just wish they were more authentic and fresh.

First time eating here. Got the dip sampler. Very good variety! Had a very difficult time deciding what to order. Food was really good. Defiantly worth checking out!

Substandard, hole in the wall Mexican food that wasn’t even warmed all the way through. I’m baffled by all the positive reviews.

So cheap. SO GOod. Odd to find a respectable mexican joint here of all places but we were pleasantly surprised. The deco is intimate and lively. Plenty of seating. Great for large groups. Quick service. Margs tasted a lil on the sweet side but ginormous. I ordered the nachos supremos and SO had the pollo loco with grilled veggies. All delicious. Why would you go to taco bell across the street?

Great little Mexican restaurant! You probably wouldn’t notice it but a must try. Good margaritas. Good food. Great prices!

It was one of the cheapest places we ate at while in the smokies and the food and service was awesome. They cared if you were being served and if you had everything you needed. We have eaten at many places in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg and we will be making this a regular stop every time we visit.

Festive atmosphere and scrumptious food to match. A great find in a plethora of disappointing restaurant options in Pigeon Forge. I love Mexican food and I highly recommend this place. Ate here for lunch on Sunday and the place was packed. Will definitely return.

So happy to find a quality Mexican restaurant in a sea of chains and tourist traps up in the Smokies. Food was great — service was good — margaritas were giant! Do yourself a favor and ditch the dinner show — give this place a shot.

*angels sing* This place was amazing! I’ve tried Mexican while in the Pigeon Forge area *cough* No way Jose’s *cough* and it wasn’t good at all but Cielito Lindo was just like the Mexican food I get at(If not better shhhh!) I was very impressed with the bean dip that had actual cheese dip on top which made it very creamy. My Pollo Loco chicken was so good too. We will be going back for sure!

This is the spot for some great Mexican grub! Try them for lunch and the specials are $ 5 or less! Service is quick and helpful. Food is plentiful especially for the prices! A protip is the salsa bar. Stationed in the left side of the establishment, it contains several sauces ranging from mild to hot along with various bottled sauces.

Service was great and the food was good. HUGE drinks… beware the«large» margarita. lol Food was pretty usual fare, but cooked well and flavorful. Really nice to avoid all of the generic chains around.

It was hard to communicate with our waiter and I ended up poisoned by milk(allergy) even though I triple checked that he understood and also talked to a second waiter. The salsa was good. Everything else, average.

Best authentic Mexican food in the area! Great service as well. On our second visit which was 2 weeks after our first, the waiter recognized us and even remembered what we ordered 2 weeks ago! Great varieties of salsa and lots of items I havent seen on other menus before. Definitely worth a visit if your in the area.

Still a great place to eat. We had a very long day at Dollywood and didn’t walk through their door until 10pm. They still welcomed us in and didn’t rush us. We took another family of four that had never eaten there before and they were all very happy. A few times they commented how good it was. Like me, they love the salsa bar.

Amazing food. Very tasty and great prices. Great service also. Our kids loved it. My favorite was the chicken, shrimp and steak fajitas.
