Say Yes In Italian

Coordinating vendors, guests, and activities for a wedding is daunting, but when we decided to get married in a country where we don’t speak the language, those tasks became impossible. Pilar and Say Yes In Italian took care of all the details– down to vegetarian entrees for some of my guests. I cannot express how thrilled we were with the service– from the minute we touched down in Rome till we left– it was perfect. If I had to do it again, I would.
Thank God for Pilar– she made everything fall into place. We wanted to enjoy our time without having to stress about details, and Pilar made sure that we were able to escape and relax. Since she’s American, she was able to bring together details like my favorite flowers, without having to struggle through language barriers or having to find the best florist in the area on my own. Since we only had a week in Italy, we had to coordinate things like seating, special needs for accommodations and diets remotely beforehand. Needless to say we were nervous, but Pilar and her staff put together a flawless event.
The beaucolic landscape, and tours of local spots blew my original fantasy away. Say Yes covered all the bases in bringing our guests on a dream vacation. The boot camp was amazing! My bridesmades and I had yoga in the mornings, plus pilates and even belly dance lessions throughout the week. We all looked and felt better at the end of the week than we did going in! My husband is still excited that he and his buddies got to ride jet skis in the Mediterranean.
Of course, everything we ate there was the best thing we’d ever eaten. Down to the wine pairings, the quality and selection was impeccable! I will dream about the gnocci al gorgonzola at the rehearsal dinner for years to come! The off-​site tours took us to wineries, museums, catacombs, and there was even an excursion to an ancient Roman city.
It was the best of all worlds for us, and it never would have happened without the girls from Say Yes.
