Service was friendly and fairly quick, but the food kinda sucked and there was something weird going on with the burger. The chili cheese fries were good, but that burger was gross. It had a weird grease spot on the bun or perhaps it wasn’t cooked enough? Aside from the chili cheese fries which are never great, the rest of the food was pretty disgusting and gave me a stomach ache. Good luck if you choose to eat here! On the plus side, at least you’ll get good friendly service lol.

I live right around the corner and all summer I’ve been coming here to Ice Cream dipped in caramel almost everyday… I’ve even came in and told them that out of all the stores I’ve been to, they make the best cones… Today I went in and a lady name Jessica who calmed to be the supervisor game me a cone that was a pathetic excuse for an ice cream cone. I told her that i come her often and I have never got anything like what she gave me and it was dipped to the cone which I always ask because it melts at the bottom and she proceeds to insult me by telling me the policy and how they suppose to only do it like that… I guess they didn’t tell you the costumer is always right but what’s worse she took it back and redipped it which I’m sure is not sanitary. If she was really a supervisor I need to talk to a manager because that’s unacceptable. Not even a bite, I licked the top and the whole ice cream cracked and started to melt. I’m plan to go back and I don’t expect to see Jessica at the window

Not up to Wienerschnitzel standards. Not even close. The Chili on the dogs is very runny and not much meat. It must be watered down. The picture of the chili dog listed on this page has to be from another schnitzel location.

Employees go ABOVEANDBEYOND! Extremely friendly and professional. Never have I been to a fast food restaurant where the staff actually cared about the satisfaction of the customer. I was having a rough day but I left with a smile! Personal thank you to all the girls that where working night shift on Saturday 5÷23÷15.

Ok so WTF!.. The chick working the drive-thru is RUDERUDERUDE!!! She has 1 job to do «CUSTOMERSERVICE» and she failed ROYALLY!!! Get a FRICKEN job cleaning toilets so you don’t have to deal with people! From beginning to end she was distracted and talking to someone else inside and very UNFRIENDLY and just RUDE! No «welcome to wiener», no «thank you» no nothing! !!! Just dry and blah and making faces and running her mouth gossiping with the other worker! I bought 5 Corn Dogs and I like lots of mustard on mine… like 2 packets for each … She gave me 8 and claimed she gave me 10 so I asked for a couple more and she gave me a horrible dirty look!!! If you want to charge more then CHARGEMORE! !! It’s ok! Ronald McDonald does it with his fckn nuggets… Don’t gimme crap because you have to get a couple more packets! There were ZERO customers in line! WILLNEVERGOBACK! !! NEVER!!! I RATHERGOTOAM/PM ANDSUFFERWITH A CORNDOGTHERE!

Horrible service. Girl working the front counter was rude and didn’t help us till 10 minutes later. There was not courteous«I’ll be write with you». I asked for drinks with my food and didn’t get them till we were almost done. 20 minutes after I ordered.

This place always works in a pinch. I like that they have coupons. I enjoy their chili cheese fries and their ice cream.

I love the ice cream here but the drive thru is very slow. And when i ask for a cup for my ice cream — since I’m driving, please give me a TALL cup not a short one because the ice-cream melts all over my cup holder.

Corn dogs with extra mustard ;) My personal fav! Chili cheese fries are good here, although adding a little bit more chili wouldn’t hurt. Corn dogs are always fresh and crispy. I like coming here for the icecream though, a big vanilla cone always hits the spot :)

This place is strange! i mean when it was first built the building it was wienerschnitzel and was so for some time. Then later on they closed down and changed to some other business. that lasted less then a year. Then it went back to wienerschnitzel! They should just left it as it is. Anyway this location is nothing special then the rest but i do love wienerschnitzel chili burgers and hot dogs so yeah i like it. It is costly though for when you think they just small hotdogs.

This place should have stayed closed. As usual, my order was all wrong, they overcharged me and there was an awful smell outside the building. Not a very good experience(as usual).

This place has re-opened under new ownership, an you can definitely tell the difference, gone are the tatted up thugs who seemed to be working with a chip on their shoulder, gone is the ridiculous charge to use you’re debit card an just the overall rudeness that seemed to be the norm. The new workers are very friendly, the food was hot an good! Overall if you have tried this location before an had a bad experience, try it again, it has definitely changed for the best

This location closed about 1 year ago but last week passing by we noticed it had been restored and there was a pepsi truck there looking like they were about to reopen. Today noticed was opened so we stopped to eat. Last year the people that ran that location were rude acted like they hated there job but this time I think they reopened with new owners. The service was right on, great service, great food, clean lots of thank yous and smiles. Definitely will be back there to eat again.

Not horrible but not the best one either. HOWEVER, here is an update. It did shut down, and looked like it was going to turn into a coffee shop. However, after almost a year of absence, it appears to be returning. Today(july 19, 2013), a new wienerschnitzel and foster freeze sign was placed on the building. I will try this location again once opened. I can only assume it is different owners and different staff.

Has to be the worst service, 1) girl in training was not friendly, I asked for sugar for my ice tea and she said they didn’t have any, then I asked a manager and she gave me them. 2) We got our two polish dogs, we opened them and there was about ¼ of a pickle it was all shriveled up. When we went to tell the people, the manager judy she said«well how do you usually get it» with the huge attitude, as if it order it any other way. I simply told her, «we get it with a regular size pickle shown in the picutre. the ladies attitude was so disgusting, her tone of voice and they way she acted toward us was completely unacceptable to any fast food joint. Then there was i guess a manager there dressed in regular clothes with her child where they worked. I dont know how they run things there. but its VERY unprofessional I will never return back there!

I can sympathize with previous reviews on the quality of service which brings down everything else but I will be fair. The building from the outside looks nice and is a great location for business. The signs were up and no trash on the floor. The woman who served me was polite gave me napkins, ketchup and mustard in a bag. The order itself did not take too long. However, I specifically asked for pricing on 10 plain hot dogs. I was told it was the same as 10 chili dogs, ok? I said, fine I will take the 10 plain hot dogs. When I arrived home I saw 10 chilli dogs not plain hot dogs, I was not happy. This is not the first time this has happened at this location. Otherwise I may have let this slide without a 1 star review. I will not be back.

The last time I went to wienerschnitzel was when I was 10 or so. I now live near one and was curious to give this place a go to see If any wonderful childhood memories would come back and flood my emotions and mind of post-T-ball game celebrations, or grabbing a quick bite with my(now) long-lost friend’s family. I walked in hoping to experience an emotional roller coaster upon seeing red and yellow signs with succulent looking hot dogs plastered on them. Nothing. I got an original chili dog expecting that my heart would sing of times long gone and tears would fill my eyes as I bit into the legendary chili-covered tube steak. Is this even meat? I was saddened by the fact that no memories came to mind, except for the one about me not liking Wienerschnitzel as a kid either. Aside from the ultra high and unrealistic expectations, the food wan’t great, it wasn’t bad. The chili that I prefer tastes more like WFTommy’s chili, this one wasn’t really good. I also don’t understand how they’re such a big chain. Don’t let the name fool you, there’s no fine German/Austrian food to be found here.(the name means Viennese cold cuts, in German.) Ignore the map on Unilocal, they’re on the Northwest side of Rosemead and Washington.
